The Ethics Channel, available to all members of Greene Enterprise, as well as other related third parties, provides a channel for reporting information regarding actions or omissions that may constitute violations or non-compliance with applicable laws or Greene Enterprise’s internal regulations.
Information may be sent anonymously and will always be treated as confidential.

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE?
To promote a culture of compliance at Greene Enterprise and ensure the prevention, monitoring and sanctioning of actions and conducts that may constitute criminal or administrative offences.
HOW DO WE ACHIEVE THIS?
- Identification of possible criminal risks that Greene may be exposed to using the Criminal risk map.
- By implementing the Code of Ethics, which promotes the value, principles and conduct guidelines that must govern the actions of all Greene professionals.
- With a Criminal Risk Prevention programme in the company ‘Compliance System’, based on the Code of Ethics, containing policies (basic principles of conduct) and Protocols (specific procedure of action and preventive controls).

- Prevent and combat possible illegal actions by any Greene Enterprise professional.
